Our regular class schedule is below but is subject to change, particularly during the holiday season. Please contact us if you are planning a visit just to make sure we're open.

Monday: 6:00 - 8:00PM

Tuesday: 6:30 - 8:00PM

wednesday: 6:00 - 8:00PM

Thursday: 6:00 - 7:30PM

Saturday: 6:00 - 7:30PM

Ready To Try A Class?

Anyone age 12 or above is welcome to train. All fitness levels will benefit from Aikido training. You can expect a brisk cardio workout, with some strength conditioning in the warmup. Dress comfortably in anything you can move well in or don't mind getting sweaty.

Like any new skill, you'll likely feel confused about the movements and maybe even a little discouraged at first. Embrace it... that's part of learning! All classes are taught by our chief instructor or other certified black belt instructors.

Let Us Know You'd Like To Try A Class

We recommend reaching out (below) to let us know you'll be joining us so we can ensure someone is available to assist you. You're welcome to stop by and observe anytime without notice.

Show Up Early & Ready To Train

Please plan on arriving about 15 minutes before class so we can take you through a brief welcome orientation and get you acquainted with our dojo. Dress comfortably and be ready to learn!

Enjoy The Class!

Like any new skill, it will take time to get comfortable with the movements and you may feel discouraged. Everyone feels that way at first! Just stick with it and you'll start to enjoy the process.
