Brevard Aikikai Seminar

There is a benefit seminar for Grady Lane Sensei at Brevard Aikikai Saturday, March 17th from 10:00am to 3:00pm.

Instructors will include Peter Bernath Sensei from Florida Aikikai, along with other area instructors.

Christamas Schedule

Summer Schedule / Holiday Closing

Starting next week we will begin the new summer schedule as follows:

Mon & Wed 6:45 to 8:45
Friday 6:30 to 8:00
Saturday 11:00 to 1:00 Open Mat / No supervision

The dojo will be closed Saturday May 28th through Monday May 30th for the Memorial Day Holiday weekend.

Seminar Dates Now Set!!!

Robert Kubo Sensei, 7th Dan and Chief Instructor of “Aikido Of Hawaii International” will be conducting a seminar May 12th, 13th & 14th.

Thursday and Friday sessions will start @ 6pm and run to 8:30PM, Saturday will be 10AM to 12PM and 2PM to 4PM with testing to follow.

The seminar will be held at the Edgewater Alliance Church 310 N. Ridgewood Avenue, Edgewater Florida.

Seminar cost will be $100 for the three days or $35 per session for Thursday, Friday, and $50 for Saturday’s session. There will be limited admission so please contact me as soon as possible to reserve your place.

AHI Dues

Aikido of Hawaii International yearly fees for all students are due before March 1st. Kyu ranks fee for 2011 is $25.00 and Shodan and above is $37.00. Jessica Sensei will be collecting them for the dojo. Thanks for your continued support!

2011 Seminar Dates

I have just finalized the seminar dates for Kubo Shihan’s visit in May. The seminar will start Thursday May 12th through Saturday May 14th, with Yudansha testing immediately following Saturdays session. Location and seminar fee to be determined.

Happy New Year!!! We hope you all can come and celebrate the first class of the new year, Monday January 3rd….Be ready to work off the collection of rust from the last couple of weeks!!! The new year will bring us a visit from Kubo Shihan in May, so we must start to prepare now… See you tonight!!
